Credentials and Advanced Training:

As a Certified EMDR Therapist, my practice is rooted in treating childhood and relationship trauma, with a deep understanding of how our past experiences shape our adult lives. I specialize in treating a wide range of trauma and stress related concerns, including:

• Physical, sexual, and psychological abuse

• PTSD and complex trauma

• Attachment injuries and abandonment

• Narcissistic abuse and emotionally immature parents

• Religious and medical trauma

• Disordered eating and body image issues

• Grief and loss

• Birth trauma

• Relationship challenges, betrayal trauma, and infidelity

• Anxiety, burnout, and the high-achiever/perfectionism cycle

I am licensed in Florida and Ohio, offering intensives and sessions both in person and via telehealth to meet clients where they are—emotionally and geographically.

My training extends to attachment-focused and relational EMDR, complex trauma and PTSD, ego state therapy and parts work, somatic therapies, and advanced training in sexual trauma and early childhood development.

As a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute), I integrate Ketamine Assisted EMDR, which helps create a gentle, grounded space for trauma reprocessing by softening emotional intensity and quieting the brain’s protective defenses. Clients often report feeling safer and better able to access and process difficult experiences with greater ease and clarity.

I am also a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) Candidate, specializing in treatment with betrayed partners healing from the trauma of infidelity, compulsive sexual behavior, and problematic porn use.

In addition to clinical work..

I’m an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, offering consultation for therapists pursuing EMDR certification and consultation groups for therapists completing EMDR Basic Training. I’m also a Qualified Supervisor in Florida, providing clinical supervision for therapists working toward licensure.

Remaining current in the field is essential to me. I’m an active member of the following professional organizations:

EMDRIA – EMDR International Association

ISSTD – International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation

ISTSS – International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies

ASKP3 – American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists & Practitioners

Above all, I’m passionate about the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, genuine human connection, and the transformative power of relationship. I approach this work with deep reverence for the resilience of the human spirit—and I’m honored to walk alongside those ready to do this meaningful, courageous work.

My Story + Why I became an eMDR therapist

I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior. Growing up around people who suffered or struggled with mental health, I developed a deep curiosity—and an even deeper empathy. That along with an intuitive understanding naturally led me toward the field of mental health.

While playing Division I and II collegiate volleyball, I became especially interested in the connection between mental health, performance, and well-being. I found myself diving into books on psychology, trauma, addiction, neurobiology, and relationships—trying to better understand both myself and the people around me.

Therapy became a turning point in my life. It helped me recognize how past experience had been quietly shaping my self-worth, beliefs, and relationships. Processing those experiences helped me feel safe in my own mind and body for the first time. That healing journey inspired me to pursue a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at NSU and become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida.

Before private practice, I worked with children and completed advanced training in infant mental health. Over time, I realized traditional talk therapy had limits—something I also felt in my personal work. That’s when I found EMDR. After completing EMDRIA’s Basic Training, I began to see real, lasting change in clients. I gravitated toward attachment-focused EMDR and relational EMDR, and began integrating parts work and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Trauma and stress related therapy is deeply meaningful to me. I believe in the power of connection, safety, and creating a space where all parts of you are welcomed. Watching clients make sense of their story, reconnect with themselves, and build more fulfilling lives is an honor I never take for granted.
