EMDR Consultation
If you’re working toward EMDRIA Certification, you already know the power of EMDR—and you’re ready to deepen your skills, refine your clinical lens, and grow into a more confident and attuned EMDR therapist.
As a Certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, I provide individual and group consultation for clinicians pursuing certification. EMDRIA requires 20 hours of consultation toward certification—Consultants-in-Training like myself can provide up to 15 of those 20 hours.
Whether you’re looking for structure, support, or a more relational lens through which to apply EMDR, you’re welcome here. My goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you build both skill and trust in your intuition as a clinician.
My Clinical lens
My work is grounded in a relational, attachment-focused, and parts-informed approach to EMDR. I work primarily with adults healing from:
• Childhood and relationship trauma
• PTSD and complex trauma
• Anxiety and stress-related disorders
• Narcissistic abuse and emotionally immature caregivers
• Religious trauma, sexual trauma, and betrayal trauma
• Disordered eating and body image issues
• Burnout, perfectionism, and high-achiever stress
I integrate the following modalities and frameworks into my work—and am happy to support you in exploring how to do the same:
• Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR)
• Relational EMDR
• Parts work and Ego State Therapy
• Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) + EMDR
• Somatic strategies for resourcing and reprocessing
• Infant and early childhood development perspectives
• CPTT (Certified Partner Trauma Therapist Candidate)
I deeply value holding space for therapists who are passionate about trauma healing and curious about how to apply EMDR in a meaningful, attuned, and ethically grounded way.
