Jessica is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. She focuses her career on helping people heal from trauma and unpleasant past experiences. She values taking an in-depth history in order to best understand and serve you in your healing journey. She recognizes that most of how we respond in relationships, at work, and in life today is a result of our experiences throughout our history. Sometimes, we may not even realize how much our childhood or history is impacting us.  By making these connections and viewing it through this lens, Jessica is able to support you in alleviating unpleasant emotions, beliefs, and behaviors for you to be your highest functioning, best version of yourself. 

Jessica specializes in utilizing EMDR Therapy with an attachment focus in conjunction with other supporting therapies (ie. attachment therapy, relational therapy, somatic therapy, parts work). By providing a comprehensive therapy approach, Jessica has been able to help clients achieve progress when talk therapy has reached its' limits. She offers in person weekly or intensive services at RI's office in Fort Lauderdale, and telehealth services throughout all of Florida. 

Jessica is EMDRIA trained and will be EMDRIA certified in early 2023. She is currently enrolled in IPI's year-long psychedelic assisted psychotherapy training program with a completion date of December 2023. *RI has plans to offer KAP (ketamine assisted psychotherapy) in 2024.
